根据中国国家留学基金管理委员会通知，2026年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作已启动，年度评审合格的奖学金生方可继续获得下一年度的奖学金，请务必严肃对待。现将有关事项通知如下：
Dear CSC scholarship students,
According the notice of China Scholarship Council, The annual review of the Chinese Government Scholarship has started, and only students who pass the annual review can continue to receive the scholarship in the next academic year. Please take it seriously. The instructions are as follows:
评审对象/Participants
1. 2026年9月之后继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；
2. 无法按原计划于2026年7月毕业，拟申请延期且符合延期要求的博士研究生；
3. 2025年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生。
1) Students who will continue to benefit from the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2026；
2) Doctoral students applying for graduation extension due to inability to graduate in July 2026 as scheduled and meeting relevant requirements；
3) 2025 Chinese Government Scholarship assessment disqualified students who apply for reinstatement of the scholarship.
评审流程/Review Procedure
中国政府奖学金学生通过CSC号登录信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，进入“奖学金年度自评”，填写“中国政府奖学金学校评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击“提交”。
CSC students should Log in the studyinChina.csc.edu.cn with CSC number, then entering the "Self-Assessment of Chinese Government Scholarship", fill in the "School Evaluation Questionnaire of Chinese Government Scholarship ", complete the Self-Assessment and upload additional documents, and click "Submit".
重点提醒/Key Reminder
评审将在2026年4月14日开放系统，截止提交日期：2026年5月4日。未通过评审和未按时完成评审者的奖学金生资格将在2026年7月15日终止。
The system for the Annual Review will open on 14 April, 2026. The deadline for the Annual Review is 30 April, 2026. Scholarship qualification of the students who fail to pass the review, or fail to finish the review on time will be terminated on July 15.
学生自评内容包括：遵规守纪、学习情况、参加活动情况共三个部分，请认真填写，每部分均不超过1000字。中文授课学生须用中文填写，英文授课学生可用英文填写。附件材料（如有）可包括：本学年内的成绩单、各类获奖证书等材料扫描件。 在规定时间内无故不参评的奖学金生，将被取消奖学金资格。
The student self-assessment form consists of three parts: compliance with rules and regulations, academic performance, and participation in activities. Please carefully fill in your information, each part should not exceed 1,000 words. (Chinese-taught students must fill in Chinese, while English-taught students can fill in English).Attached materials (if any) include transcripts of this academic year, scanned copies of various award certificates, and other supporting materials.Students who fail to participate in the annual review within the specified time for no reason, will be disqualified from the scholarship.

A 请查看你的录取通知书。Please check your admission letter.
Q 我忘记了CSC的登录密码。I forgot the login password of CSC.
A 可以通过最初申请奖学金的CSC邮箱找回密码。多次尝试失败，请微信联系老师。
You can retrieve the password from the email address that you used for CSC scholarship application.If you still fail after trying for several times,please contact Laoshi on Wechat.
Q 我的系统界面没有奖学金评审的选项怎么办?How if there is no option for Scholarship Review in my system interface?
A 请确认你使用的是CSC编号登陆。如果你使用的是邮箱登录，或者你用错误的邮箱注册，都会导致系统中没有你的学籍信息。所以要确认，你的绑定邮箱是你申请CSC时使用的邮箱，并且与你的CSC编号相匹配。
Please log in with your CSC number.If you log in with your email address,or if you register with the wrong email address,your student status will not be listed in the system.So please make sure that your email address is the one you used for CSC application and matches your CSC number.
Q 附件不能上传/系统有问题怎么办?How if attachments cannot be uploaded./or there are problems with the system?
A 登录CSC之前请先清空浏览器缓存，出现系统问题就请换个浏览器登录尝试，或者第二天再尝试。
Please clear the browser cache before you log in to CSC.If there is a system problem,please try another browser or try again the next day.
Q 自述部分需要写什么?What should I write for the statement?
A 和往年纸质版的一样，如实总结自己的实际情况。简单明了，不要过多描述和夸张。字数没有多少限制，但系统只支持1000字以内。尽量不要连续使用空格和换行，否则可能提交失败。
As in the paper version review form of previous years,make an actual and truthful introduction of your performance.Don't over-describe or exaggerate,keep it simple and clear.There's no word limit,but 1,000 characters or less is required by the system.Try not to use too many Spaces and Enter in succession, otherwise the submission may fail.
